We are a team participating in the First Lego League Power Puzzle challenge.

This website shows our solution to our community's power puzzle.

We are evaluating the town square in our community.

The challenge is coming up with a renewable energy source while preserving the historical

areas of the square.

Some of our challenges are using clean energy while maintaining the historic value of these buildings.

All the lights in this sqare are incandescent, using up four times the electricity of a fluorescent light bulb.

Also, where natural gas is used, it could be substituted for E85 Ethanol.

We are trying to find a way to make biofuel a plausible solution for the power supply of the square. For the research presentation we are making a biofuel turbine out of a Lego RCX, so it can have moving parts.
